Final Day In New York City

Today is our last day in NYC. This morning we went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. After a few hours we realized the Met is an all day adventure, so after a quick lunch of hot dogs and pretzels, we went back inside and continued our visit. We did so many great things while in NYC, and visiting the Met is definitely one of my favorite things. Today was a great way to end our trip.
Pictures #1-2: Views of the front of the Met.
Picture #3: Irises by Vincent van Gogh.
Picture #4: Study for "A Sunday On La Grande Jatte" by Georges Seurat. I've seen the completed painting, "A Sunday On La Grande Jatte", at the Art Institute in Chicago, and it has long been one of my favorite pieces of art.
Picture #5: Self-Portrait with a Straw Hat, by Vincent van Gogh.
Picture #6: Wheat Field with Cypresses by Vincent van Gogh. Another one of my all time favorite pieces of art.
Picture #7: The cart where we bought our lunch. It may not be fancy, but it was good.
Pictures #8-10: These pictures were taken in the Egyptian exhibit.
Picture #11: A suit of armor in the Arms and Armour exhibit.
Picture #12: A view of the Warwick, the hotel we stayed in. This picture is out of sequence but I don't feel like uploading all of the pictures again.
Picture #13: Tahitian Women Bathing, by Paul Gauguin.
Pictures #14-15: These pictures were taken in the Greek and Roman exhibit.
Picture #16: My mom, dad, Ted, and me at the Carnegie Deli.
