New Blog Address

Apparently I've used up 100% of my 1 GB quota for photos on my blog.  In order to continue posting photos to this blog I have to purchase an upgrade storage plan.  Since I'm thrifty (a.k.a. a cheapskate) I'm not going to pay for additional photo storage.  Instead, I created a new blog site where I will continue my Picture of the Day blog until I reach the 1 GB quota on that blog too.

Teeth Are Not For Biting

I'm hoping Abigail will take heed of the message in Teeth Are Not for Biting.  She has only bit me once or twice, and I know neither time was on purpose, but it still hurt a lot.

New Stroller

We figured Abigail is ready for an umbrella stroller so I bought this one for her over the weekend.  Fun, fun, fun.

Sudafed

A cold is coursing through the members of our household and Ted is the latest one afflicted.  Abigail and I went to Vons to pick up Sudafed for him this afternoon.  Apparently lots of people are sick because they were out of Sudafed. 

Aloha From Las Vegas

Ted arrived home from Las Vegas this evening and I saw he placed this box of Hawaiian Host candy on the dinning room table.  I was thoroughly confused as to why someone would bring back Hawaiian candy from Vegas.  It made a lot more sense when he explained the candy is from his cousin Edward and his wife Stacy who just got back from Maui.  Ted met Edward is Vegas this weekend to help him celebrate his 40th birthday. 

Pop-up No More

Guess who no longer is able to play with her pop-up books unsupervised?  That's right... Abigail.  Unfortunately I was not able to save Big Bird and Murry before realizing that Abigail was ripping them out of the book.

New Supplies

Abigail and I ventured out of the house this afternoon for the first time in three days.  We went to Walmart to pick up more tissue.  In addition to the tissue I decided to treat myself to a tabloid magazine.  Maybe reading it will help me feel better.

Sick House

With Abigail and me both sick we have not been out of the house for several days.  Fortunately we have lots of library books to read to entertain Abigail.

Turkey Day

I bought this bib and hat for Abigail's first Thanksgiving.  Hopefully the hat will fit my sweet girl's big head.

Happy Birthday, Charlotte

We had fun helping Charlotte celebrate her 1st birthday today.  We got to watch her open her presents but unfortunately we had to leave before trying a piece of the ducky cake Carolyn made.  It sure did look delicious (and cute).

Happy Halloween

Abigail and I stopped by Ted's office this afternoon to participate in his company's Halloween festivities.  I wasn't planning on it, but his coworkers convinced us to enter her into the costume contest.

Halloween Fun

Abigail and I attended our MOMS Club Halloween party/potluck this morning.  The kids were adorable and the food was yummy.  We both had a really nice time.  Unfortunately I did not get any pictures of Abigail in her costume at the party.

Umbrella Stroller

I wanted to share two last pictures from our trip to NC.  Both pictures are of Abigail in the umbrella stroller we borrowed from my sister.  She absolutely loved being in this stroller.  I think it made her feel like such a big girl.

Nine Month Checkup

Abigail and Ted at Abigail's nine month checkup.  Abigail gained three pounds and grew two inches since her six month appointment.  No vaccinations at this appointment but she did get her flu shot.
