Criminal Acts

One car broken into + One broken window + Stolen wallet + Stolen purse (which contained house key) + $3,937.32 in unauthorized credit card purchases + One new deadbolt for the front door = not a great start to the weekend.

On a positive note, Abigail and I are both safe and sound.  It still sucks that we had to shell out money for a new deadbolt and I have to get my window fixed.  Not to mention the hassle of cancelling my credit cards, getting a new license, medical ID card, Costco card, library card, etc.  Sigh.

Beautiful Day

Abigail and I met Monique and her son Tristan at the park this morning for a walk and then to play on the swings.  The weather was perfect and Abigail enjoyed herself on the swings.

Cart Cover

We tried Abigail's cart and highchair cover today at Walmart and it was a success.  Abigail has a lot of room to grow into the cart cover but she loved sitting up and being able to look around.

Dinner With Friends

Our friends Tim and Connie and their kids are visiting CA from MI and we had the opportunity to meet them for dinner last night at A.J. Spurs in Buellton.  We keep up with them through facebook but it's been several years since we've seen them so it was nice getting together with them.
