I received these flowers and balloon today from a former coworker. I've been working to resolve some outstanding issues for her, and after 8 months of research and legwork I was able to confirm the issue was resolved yesterday. It was completely unnecessary, but extremely thoughtful of Kate to send these to me. They brightened up an otherwise rainy and dreary day. It's also a great reminder to me how much a gesture, like sending flowers, can positively impact the person receiving them.
