I found this old Employee Assistance Program (EAP) flier in the break room of one of my company's remote offices. I am a huge advocate of EAP programs however I find the wording of this flier disturbing. The section about "self-love" is particularly disturbing. Needless to say I immediately removed the flier and threw it away. Of course I took a picture to memorialize it for my blog before throwing it in the garbage can.
